— Placeholder copy — Posie Project began with a simple idea: build a little corner where people could slow down, share a great cup of coffee, and walk away with something beautiful made by someone nearby. Somewhere that felt more like a lounge room than a shop — softer, slower, a bit pink.

We opened our doors on Mount Dandenong Tourist Road with three things we loved: coffee, food, and the work of small local makers. Today, those three things still sit shoulder to shoulder on our shelves and across our cabinet, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Every morning starts the same way — lights on, grinder on, music on. Regulars drift in for their usual, kids press noses against the cabinet to choose their cake, and little feet trail their parents over to the boutique corner to find the next treasure. Saturdays are full and Sundays are slow, and we love both.

Behind the counter is a small, tight-knit team who care about the coffee, the smiles and the space. Beyond the counter is a rotating cast of makers — candle pourers, jewellery crafters, ceramicists, bakers, soap makers, children’s clothing designers — whose work makes Posie the treasure hunt it is.
